Security forces killed seven militants in an intelligence-based operation in the Kulachi area of Dera Ismail Khan.
The operation, according to ISPR, was carried out after receiving intelligence about the presence of Indian proxy group Fitna al Khawarij in the area.
During the operation, the statement said seven militants were eliminated. However, Naik Yasir Khan, a brave member of the nation, was martyred in the exchange of fire.
ISPR mentioned that weapons and ammunition were seized from the killed militants, who were behind multiple terrorist activities. The military’s media wing added that a clearance operation is underway to eliminate any other Indian-backed militants.
ISPR further stated the threat of foreign-sponsored terrorism will be entirely eradicated from the country, and security forces and law enforcement agencies will continue anti-terrorism operations with full strength.
